SOPHIA33 wants to ensure the customer’s complete satisfaction. For online purchases of in-stock items, SOPHIA33 will accept Items not worn, used or damaged for a full refund as set out below. Customer satisfaction is SOPHIA33’s top priority, and as such it handles each query on an individual basis to the best of its ability. While SOPHIA33 hopes that the customer is delighted with the order, if they are not perfectly satisfied with the goods SOPHIA33 will happily offer a full refund or exchange. In order to receive a refund or exchange, the item(s) must be unworn and in perfect condition, with all labels attached and in the original packing. Please follow the steps below.
We will issue a full refund on receipt or exchange the item for a different colour if preferred and available. Please note:
All successfully returned items will be only credited to the account used to originally purchase the items, less any taxes, import duties or shipping charges incurred. This process can take up to 30 days. With exchanges, the customer’s new item(s) will be shipped to them as soon as the designer receives its returning package and any additional payment which is required.
Please note: New and unused means that there are no marks on the item or any wear on the tags. SOPHIA33 does not sell used items and will not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser. SOPHIA33 is not responsible for any item that is not returned in the manner set forth above.
